It's been rough, no power since Thursday night. I finally got a hold of a generator in Waterbury, VT yesterday. I got it hooked up last night at 8:30. Good thing cause it was 8 degrees last night and the woodstove wasn't keeping up. I was afraid the forced hot water base boards were going to freeze. Now I have my well pump, boiler, frig and some lights working. I'm sending this from my Airtouch card and laptop. I may not have commercial power for several more days. At least the house is intact. My brother Rick took a big pine through his roof and into the masterbed at 4:00 AM Friday morning. Nobody was hurt but it was a scary moment.
