Just got my bike 6000 mile checkup, a little under $300 bucks, needed to order a second key, they told me $19.45 on the phone, had to pay before they would order it, went over to shop 5 minutes after calling , they charged me $26.97!!!! really ****** me off so got home and went on line,called Dave at Kissell Triumph and they only charged me $11.66....... also asked them about the crash bars and they emailed me
