I'm looking for a comfort upgrade over pegs Floorboards are around 3 times as much and I've heard varying opinions of how they stack up on other bikes. Any of y'all have an thoughts?
Thanks!

I can't comment on switchblades, but the floorboards were a drastic improvement over the pegs for me - infinite positions to rest and move your feet.

+1, also I find you can actually lean the bike over more in the twisties. My reasoning is your heel is in a different position, flat vs angled down. Love the boards. Mike

ISO Wings are pretty comfortable too. It's what I would call between floorboards and switchblades. Best of both worlds? I like em a lot!

Had pegs...went to switch blades...avoided the move to boards because of the look...finally went to boards...screw the look I can't see going back to pegs or blades again!

took a spin on a america with floor boards. they did not seem like a good fit for me. Got the switch blades, I really like them.

I have the Switch-Blades and they are a vast improvement over the pegs. Plus they fold up if you don't want them and it's still easy to get to the kick stand when it's down.

Love the boards... it's like having three sets of pegs in different spots.

Switchblades SUCK! Had a set, tough to get tight enough so they don't rotate on you. There was previous discussions about knurling or roughing the insides to make them grip better. Pain in the keister if you ask me. First set, I believe the left side peg fell apart on me on the way back from THE Ohio rally. Called complained, complained some more and then finally complained some more and Kuryakyn replaced the set. Guess what happened again. Think that was just on a local exciting central Illinois run. Tough terrain! Sorry, IMO if I have to modify it to make the product work to begin with and then have to check and tighten hardware every time I ride they ain't worth the effort. I would recommend ISO Stirrups or boards. Don't have either so no opinion to offer there other than understanding the need to have optional foot placement on those road trips.
Ride On!

Seconded. I finally put the stock pegs back on after the heel peg woudl consistently rotate to be pointing straight down -- can you say "hazard," boys and girls?
Nice idea, to be sure, but they don't have it all worked out yet.
that said, the Kuryakin (sp?) pegs are nicer on your feet. When I wasn't using the heel portion (and when they weren't trying to kill me) the Kury. pegs were nice and did seem to reduce vibes quite a bit.
Never put boards on the Speedy, but didn't like them on my buddy's Harley.

So what do you think, Haig? Sounds like floorboards win but I do think you should consider ISO wings as an alternative to full size boards...not that there's anything wrong with boards. But, big price difference and lot's of foot positions.

Use the Kury Iso-Wings. They feel like a floorboard on the feet but mount like a peg. They do not rotate like the crappy switchblade swing out pegs.
