Which Nada book do most dealers use? Blue or Yellow, and do banks go by the dealer book for lending?

If Im right yellow to buy, blue to sell, I may have that reversed. Each bank does things differant. But most go by the yellow book to loan on, and only give %75 to %80 percent of what ever the book says.
