This seems to be the crux of the matter, good guys want to do good jobs, but as with rocking horse and unicorn ****** common sense for those higher up is very rare. They do not wish to be seen to adopt an offensive stance. The stance may be politically incorrect or may offend a few of the bleeding heart liberals that redolantly infest our political stage in the UK. So who suffers the ordinary person.
If you are a lazy work shy dole scrounging jail inhabiting waster. The system works to help rehome you get a job for you under the rehabilitation of offenders act. But if you are a Victim of these scum then it is left to Charities to try and support you.
Sorry Ian I was in way trying to make light of your uncle or his work. I am just reaching the end of my tether watching good people get screwed over time and time again by people in authority and as our new friend "bikeryder" points out he has to do things he would rather not do as it goes against common sense.
