Not all of us are bad. I overlook lots of things that my bosses would press me on. Sometimes you are left with no choice due to bystanders. That seemed to be the situation in the officers position. we are being told (Rumor) that he was written up several years ago for a similiar situation where he did not ticket the lady who was pregnant, and on her way to the hospital when she crashed due to speeding. It bit him once now haunted him again. My personal point of view would be getting her to the hospital first then ticketing the husband or driver next in that situation, if you feel thats necessary. Allot of different circumstances and variations would play a role. I am not defending him or making excuses just understand cause I have been there before.
