If the guy was naked and unarmed the police in question should have gone to jail on murder charges. 2 cops should have been able to subdue a naked guy, clubs or tazer at worst.

I would appeal that ticket, it was an emergency. I would also ask that the cop in question be reprimanded and have to apologize to you in person. Maybe even be made to get a gift for your child out of his own pocket. Too bad that the days of the escort are gone along with checking the oil and washing the windows and such at the gas station all as part of the normal full service. What makes it worse is the cops around here would do something stupid like that but not enforce the law when it counts.
