The brake light modulator (tailBlazer) is actually a bulb base that comes with a halogen bulb that replaces the stock bub. The modulating characteristics are built into that base. Also comes with an additional replacement bulb.
The signalMinder does work with most LED bulbs but if fast flash is present you may need to add an LED resistor in line.
The signalMinder as well, does NOT operate the brake light, but does have a feature that if turned on will fast flash the turn signals in rear to gain additional lighting attention. This feature is over ridden when using the turn signal.
