Was that on an America/Speedmaster? Because it only took me like 20 minute to do both fork springs. I also have the heavy duty rear shocks, it's not stiff for me....also a 20 minute job.... just curious....

Got mine in today Plan on installing this weekend on my BA.
Did you add the 'lowering kit' for the front forks? Looking at the manual it appears you have to remove the Damper Rod to add the lowering spring.
