took me nearly 2 days to put the front springs in, you gotta take the forks apart and take the lower spring out to put in the shorter rbound spring, note... do not take out the bottom allan nut with an allen key, use a air wrench or you will be there for hours, it will just turn otheriwse. Was that on an America/Speedmaster? Because it only took me like 20 minute to do both fork springs. I also have the heavy duty rear shocks, it's not stiff for me....also a 20 minute job.... just curious....

Got mine in today Plan on installing this weekend on my BA.

Did you add the 'lowering kit' for the front forks? Looking at the manual it appears you have to remove the Damper Rod to add the lowering spring.
