i put heavy duty springs on the rear of mine, i then took them off and sold them, it might of well have been an iron bar welded to the back of the bike, it didnt spring at all, no movement it was just so hard and unrideable, i went for the a set of hagon 11.5 rear and as for the front springs 1 inch shorter as well, took me nearly 2 days to put the front springs in, you gotta take the forks apart and take the lower spring out to put in the shorter rbound spring, note... do not take out the bottom allan nut with an allen key, use a air wrench or you will be there for hours, it will just turn otheriwse.
