 Relocate pegs/controls?

Seems the guy who sold me the bike had longer legs than me. How tough is it to relocate, or at least adjust the pegs and controls so that they're easier to get to?

There's quite a bit of info on people changing the controls in the back pages. Do a little research. I thought of doing the same thing myself, but I finally got used to them.
