Use a piece of tape and make a sling between two other spokes to make sure it doesn't flop around. That will get you to a dealer if you can't get started back in the nipple. If you leave it loose it's sure to flip out sidways and booger the fender or shocks or what ever it whips around and hits. The whole wheel should be tuned by someone who knows how to do that or the wheel will become warped.
