I had to work in Manhattan last night with a crane co. so my brother and I decided to ride in to the office, pick up the guys and the trucks and ride home at 2am. I picked up a pair of fleece lined "big smith" pants at Models. They kept me nice and toasty. I threw on the ninja mask, my biltwell and some jackets and I was good to go. However, my fingers froze to the point of stinging numbness. It dropped down into the 20's last night, definatley the coldest I had ever been out in. I would have no problem doing it again if I could find a pair of gloves that "really" worked. I can't see paying that much money for something that works as well as it's 20dollar counterpart. Has anyone invested in these expensive gloves, and do they really work?
