I don't know whether Thunderbikes come with the sticker but I suggest not.

No, Thunderpipes don't have the ADR compliance sticker. At one time they quote legal dB numbers (with the baffles in) on their website and said that that if you need a sticker you'll need to get the pipes tested in your own country, since different countries have different regulations. I can no longer find this on their site, but I didn't look that hard.

Very true - Staintune have a reputation for high quality construction and materials.

I've read that all others need to be repacked but I might be wwwwwwrong like back in 82

Thunderpipes don't use packing materials in their baffles either.

The choice seems to come down to this:
Do you want a stainless finish (that you'll have to polish occasionally) or a chrome one (that you'll have to wash if it gets too dirty, same as the rest of your chrome.)

Do you wcare about an ADR sticker, and if so are you prepared to take them to be tested?

After those choices, you really need to hear both running and see which one presses your emotional buttons best. Pity Staffo & I are so far away from you - if you can't find local examples we might be able to organise recordings of both for you to listen to if you want (and assuming Staffo's OK with that). We're not talking studio quality here - the best I could do is record it on my phone, but it'd give you some base for comparison.
