130 is the size of your main jets.
3.5 is how many turns off the bottom your idle adjustment screws are.
And there are two shimms underneath your needle that meters fuel flow through the main-jets and needle orrifice. The needle is tappered and the shims hold it up higher in the hole so more fuel will flow around it.
The dealer spec on the engine is 54 bhp, so I'd say your doing pretty well.
