I think Triumph did exactly that here, except for the fresh new name.
The Thunderbird is not an upgrade; it's an entirely different bike. It exhibits few of the primary attributes that moved the America/Speedy into the market, such as affordability and nostalgic attraction. It stands in stark contrast to both the BA and R3 in fact, delivering little or nothing that isn't already abundant in the marketplace.
