What colour are your plugs? If you spend most of the time cruising at lower speeds and they are white, you are too lean.
Most of the gang is using 42 or 45 pilots with turns on the idle screw between 2 and 3.5. With the air box removed and TORS you are moving a lot more air through your engine. You probably need some shims under your needles or TBS ones. Less than 1 turn out on the idle screws??? Something doesn't add up.
Check your plugs.
