In the UK I am armed with some choice language and a flask of tea.

I would suggest a different way of self defence though.

Obtain a claymore mine, wear it on your chest with a bit of padding underneath, run the wire and "clacker" into a pocket.

So when some desperado is holding you up and wants you to empty your pockets, empty your chest into them instead.

Word of warning though - make sure you have the claymore pointing the right way and always wear a t shirt you dont much like anymore.

Would you need a permit to carry this as a concealed weapon?
