No wonder I never see or hear of any one in MD with a CC permit: Provide evidence of recent threats and/or assaults. This information is mandatory for personal use permits and must be supported by police reports and/or notarized statements.
Word is the the "threats must be recent, nothing old is accepted. How many people really get threatened?
I guess you have to wait until you are actually threatened or attacked and have made a police report. Very nice. I guess the second amendment is subject to approval by the local cops.
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
