I carry a slingshot. Ammo is dirt cheap and avalible everywhere. My other weapon was a S&W 38, 2" barrel, with a target grip and innards polished. I am a firm believer that having the target grip is the most important feature for the S&W revolver. It provides the proper wrist/hand placement for accurate shooting. Would use wad cutter reloads and fire a hundred rounds @ ten targets every trip to the range. Cost next to nothing.
