Anyone worked on that part of the bike lately? Had the exhaust off? Silver stuff could be anti-sieze.
Those hoses need to be lined up and tightened carefully or they'll spew a fine mist of oil out.
Could also be leaking elsewhere - cam cover, center tube.
I'd wipe it all down and run and check again.
