Good Idea. That would definitely save you from accidently dropping something in there and ruining yur day. But I would STRONGLY suggest before you do blow it out to wear some safety glasses. As Grump said you could do alot more damage. Believe me it's no fun having your eyeball numbed and a piece of metal drilled out. Been there done that.
