Okay, Dwight is getting all worked up. Take a chill people. We certainly wouldn't want to see this one locked. Of course it is all Bush's fault and previous policy and Congress had no hand in it what so ever. So let "The One" have his bottle of champagne and get set to run the country like the Chicago machine.
