I'd find the nearest place that has done a Triumph BB and have them do it. My dealer (D&D - Pensacola, FL) did mine. Barrels were swapped with ones bored and recoated with Nikisil because that's D&D's preferred method. If it's properly done with or without sleeves, you get the performance, and I feel worth every penny. If you aren't competent to do the work yourself, take the advice of the nearest place that's done one.
