Just ride your TRIUMPH as much as you can, and see if they ride their chosen mounts as much or as often.
Time in the saddle and miles on the clock. They'll respect you for it (as well as the machine), and they'll quit ribbing you about your TRIUMPH. Ride yours more than they ride theirs, and then staring asking them why that is.
