Man alive, he left it late didnt he. I thought he was going to blow it again for the second season in a row, but the gods smiled on the wonder boy.

I would love to see the radio transcripts between Timo Glock and his pit crew on that last lap. I'm surprised Ferrari haven't asked for them.

good for him
thought he'd lost it in the last few corners but got the chance to pass
he was lucky that it rained as the chap he passed had not changed tyres so there must have been someone smiling at him up there

I suppose it was nice to see Lewis Hamilton being allowed to win the F1 carnival float procession this year.

Personally I would rather have had James Toseland get a podium finish on any of the circuits in the Motogp this year, at least you know the guy would have had to race (and by race I mean overtake and go faster than by co-ordinating pit stops).

I could have told you who was going to win the F1 this season ages ago and I'll say right here that Hamilton will win it again next year, it's that predictable.

I to my families dismay, I yelled "Allright Hamilton" ever race, every time Hamilton did something brilliant or stupid (and there were plenty for an F1 Champ). Name the movie with that line!

It was a pretty exiciting seasone finale, down to the last lap. Wish all F1 races had that kind of tension.

Funny Stetchermonkey mentions MotoGP. In the closing laps, the Speed announcers were speculating that Hamilton would just let Vettel pass and take the safe 5th place, securing the championship (presumably). Hearing that, I thought there's no way Rossi would coast his way into a championship.

I know!!
Doesn't sound half as good as mine did - this doesn't have off road pipes.
Mine felt much quicker too - probably the pipes and a bit of software fettling? Dunno but it's definately slower.
Then again, after a Sprint ST and a Rocket 3, ickle biddy bikes less than 1000cc feel painfully slow ....

I didn't know they had started them again!
When are you going there? Morning or afternoon?
I could probably take a trip out and meet you there in the car park.
Text or call me.

Glock was pushing, but with those dry tires in that rain he had no chance. You could see his back end sliding out as he tried to accelerate out of the last corner when he got passed.

At least it was an exciting finish to what can sometimes be boring races (pole to finish line wins). Luckily not too many of those this season without events.

Congrats - now if he can tone down the manicured, mannequin look and look like a normal guy...
