Well written Jim...did you manage to install those 2 tiny springs in the signal light switch that overrides the cancel button? I have the same unit and tried to install those springs, but couldn't get them to stay in....so I still have to cancel the unit before I can push the indicator switch again. I haven't installed the running light feature yet, but will do so now that I've seen your instructions.
