How true Newt, I had a Pitbull named Millie. She was that one special dog above all the rest. Never had to yell at her for anything more than once and in most cases she just seemed to know what was right or wrong. Very smart lovable dog.Lost her quite a few years ago and it hurts like yesterday when I think of her. That doesn't take away from the love I have had for my other dogs.

I know when I lost Harley Ed suggested I get another dog instead of waiting. I was going to wait but was running around shelters on my bike anyway. Playing with the dogs made me feel a little better then one picked me and it really helped me with the pain. Not to mention it would be a new playmate for your other dog. Not that I mean rush right out and get one but be open to the idea if the right one surfaces, it would be a shame to miss that next special friend due to grief for your lost family member.

I learned all I need to know about life by killing smart people and eating their brains.
Eat right ,Exercise ,Stay fit, Die Anyway!
