There may be several options. Sand casting is one, and may be the most cost effective. There is a way to make them in metal using a technology called SLS(stereo Lithography sintering) which essentially makes them one or maybe a couple at a time from a CAD model. I can also get them made in plastic using a very similar process, but they're not as durable, and may need to be "bondoed" and painted.

I'll work on some costs and feasability.
