Mine has been disconnect for about three years now. I can't say I really noticed any adverse effects on fuel mileage as a result. My fuel mileage seems more affected by my right hand. Im still running the original carbs,pod filters and 160 mains. Mid 40s when driving like a responsible adult. Most times its around 40. My last dyno run show a nice even rise across the the power curve.
