thanks again everyone. we had a ton of training and i am actually pretty laid back naturally and was told my natural attitude is really good. they even wanted to make sure i could even step it up when it came down to it which i did because i was pretty soft spoken in most situations and dont feel the need to play i am the king and this is my castle role. hopefully time does not make me one of those grumpy guys
