Pork spare ribs? I have been knockin' out ribs pretty often lately. Baby-backs slowed smoked with Peach or Apple Wood for about 4 hours on a charcoal fire. Shoot, now I am hungry.

Did you guys finish all of those ribs? If so I hope Lynn is in the gym this morning!
