I seem to remember a post from a year or so ago that indicated Corbin has 2 manufacturing plants, Califonia and one elsewhere (Florida?) and that people suggested different degrees of satisfaction. Easily corrected. Sorry, I forget the exact details. The Corbin solo seat I have had 2 seasons was/is very comfortable from the first mile, although I was prepared for a break-in period. I had a side photo taken of how I sat (position) on the stock seat. Right up against the rear swell. I have heard great things about the Mayer seats as well.

Maybe I'm all or at least partially wet . Time to sit in the garage and go "vroom, vroom".
