For those of us who prefer to follow the bargain (cough*cheap*cough) road, TJ Maxx usually sells name brand fleece lined with nylon outer warm up or sweat pants for around $10. I picked up a pair of Reebok pants like this for a light outer wind layer. They roll up mighty small for stowage. Black with white stripes too. Handy for when where you're going is heated, so as to shed that extra layer.
