I have the Corbin Gunfighter (see my photo posts), and I really like it. It did take about 500+ miles to get broken in, but it has become more comfortable every time I ride with it and is beginning to fiut like a nice Italian loafer - for my butt. It's also helped alleviate my back problems after riding. The stock seats are okay as any stock seats go, but I'm glad I invested in a Cobin. Oh, and you can order in various faux leather materials and colors too.
