Tommy just looking at your pics and noticed the rear brake resevoir in the pic.....what year is Speedy? have you had the recall done? ? ?
it is a bracket to lift the resevoir about 40mm to stop airlocks if it should fall over onto RHS.
If it has been done pardon my enquiry but it is a free safety issue..
Maybe just a funny angle on pic.
