OK, right up front I know zip about what's going on here, but, when I click on posts to read them I sometimes have to use the bar at the bottom of the screen, to scroll back and forth to read it. And the avatars become completely off screen. Is it something I'm doing? It seems to go back to normal after a short while. Doh!

Yeah, but it's only the occasional screen. Welcome to the site, Jack.

My only gripe is that is that it effects every post on a given "page," rather than only the one post. Some forums are set up so that it only stretches the post the wide image is placed in.
