The fender bracket is absolutely critical to have in-place if you want the bike to handle well. It triangulates the forks so as to reduce wheel wobble. I was on the highway today over a ton and at 50 & 60MPH I took my hands off the bars and there was no wobble at all. The guy on the Roadking next to me thought I was nuts riding with no hands. He said his bike would go into a tank slapper if he tried it.

Before I ditch the chain guard (BTW, took off the chrome one and replaced it with black from a T100), I've got to get rid of that hideous George Forman Grill sprocket cover. Yuk! A chrome T100 cover would be ideal.
