Yep! I know "we all know" about that, Wade, however I sometimes wonder IF we remember this simple principle, especially whenever somebody posts one of these "It isn't fair that this motorcyclist died today" sort of threads and the reactions I read in those threads around here about it.
That was my point.
As the old sayin' goes..."You can be dead right about somebody taking your right-of-way away from you, BUT you're still DEAD!" And so, we must ALWAYS assume EVERYBODY on the road is a friggin' moron!!!
(of course, this mindset will tend to make one a bit of a cynical ol' misanthrope, but AT LEAST a LIVE cynical ol' misanthrope, ya know!)
