Hey Wade, Question: Did the lady in the car that your friend pushed through 3 gears, live to tell the tale?

I ask that because of the following which Friar John earlier stated above...

Quote:

"This is the more worrisome part, "His parents said Trifone enjoyed taking risks—he went skydiving, loved skateboarding and all kinds of sports." It's that old BS, "He takes risks and he knows the risk so therefore it's all on him." Of course, that's the media, not the police."

You see, IF that lady did live to "tell the tale", then those folks who question the sense of those of us who ride these babies DO have a point to consider, right John?!

And while I'm not saying this kid was at fault in any manner whatsoever, DON'T FORGET that whenever we throw a leg over these machines and hit that starter button, we ARE at a higher risk of injury or death than those in cages...PERIOD!

And so folks, ALWAYS watch out...(and that means 360 degrees of watching out...which is also called the imaginary "Circle of Danger", which gets ever larger the faster you ride)...for all the distracted folks out there who may usually function in a non-moronic manner until that one fateful time they're distracted around YOU!...'cuz we ain't got no sheetmetal and airbags around us, ya know!!!

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)
