So far the piece of s..t that killed my friend Mike a couple months ago has only been charged with. No insurance,
driving unregistered motor vehicle and making an unsafe turn.
Civil action against him is pointless, the only thing he owns is the car.Unemployed and not likely to ever have a real job.
Not in the States best interest to go after him criminal charges. I mean there are no votes in it for anybody. No assets for the state to take.and if they lock him up. Then
the tax payers(which he apparently isnt) get saddled with
trial expence,food,cloths and medical for how ever many years.And after all he only killed a biker.
If you want justice then you need to move to a country where
they still lop heads off.
