This is when I understand it. When there could be gang affiliation involved, bandanas, or youre wearing something negative about the catholic church..haha Something that might stir up the pot. But not a baseball cap turned slightly to one side.
In fact my wife told me the other day that the turn on my hat is so suttle that she didnt realize I wore it like that for about 6 months into the relationship. And I wear a hat all the time.
