drilling now isn't really going to help a whole lot. i'm not saying i'm against it, it just isn't going to be the panacea that people are hoping it will be. start drilling now, and by 2030 we get an extra 200,000 barrels a day. we use 20 million barrels a day. so, 2 decades from now, we'll have an extra 1%, if we drill here drill now.
