Listen, I think this has been hashed out many times here, but I wanna tell you what I think is the best way to handle this. Use blue painters tape heavily to mark off where you want to cut. Use a jig saw with plenty of duct tape on it's bottom to protect from scratching. Do a couple practice cuts lower on the fender to get the feel of the tool. Fine tooth metal blade...I used 2. Dremel to sand off the rough edge after. High gloss spray paint in a cup with a small model brush to finish off the edge. Have fun!!!
