FYI: The collar can only go up in the tube one way. The wrong way will not let you catch any of the needle jet holder threads. Each end of the collar has a different size opening/mouth/hole and where one end is concave the other is flat. The end with the wider opening i.e., the nonconcave side is the side that goes up first.

When replacing the main jets, if you place a towel to catch the collar, it is easier, on stock airbox sickles, to drop the needle jet holder with the main then replace the main and reinstall the needle jet holder and main jet as a unit. Unless you have girlie man hands and a really stubby tool.
