I am not much help here, but I just left the local chrome shop about an hour ago. I picked up some shims for my needles, and questioned the head mechanic about my slight sputter on take off. The mechanic recommended "lowering" my needles. Then another customer told me, "If they are CV or CVK, just order a Dynojet kit, and be done with it". He said he paid $140/US for his single carb kit, but he got the carbon fiber slide and everything else they offer. The mechanic agreed and said for both my carbs should be about 80 US dollars.
