Yep, no rear fender looks weird to me as well. The bike changes weekly, It takes a 8,12,13,14mm wrench, an adjustable wrench for the strut nut behind the rear shock upper support, and about 20-30 min. to put on both fenders,P-pad with 'Plug-n-Play backrest permanently pop-revited into the owners manual slot on the stock P-pad, and the footrests. A standard disconnect inline allowes me to use the stock tail/brakelight when I put the fender on.
Sometimes one fender, sometimes two, sometimes the solo seat, sometimes the gunfighter, sometimes the chrome seat guard, sometimes the stock tail/brakelight. Kind of like T-shirts, just can't wear the same one EVERYDAY!
The Amber lights are the left & right turnsignals, and of course the red are tail/brakelights, one on each side.
the seat bolts to the chrome seat guard in the middel, and is very secure, more so than my butt is to the seat.
I will be posting pic's with the fenders,P-pad,rear footrests, and backrest on when we go to 'Biketoberfest'in Daytona Beach, Fl. this October, cause I've been informed that I won't be going without my better half.

And you may see me tonight With an illegal smile J. Prine
