Yeah Tony I have ridden the Electraglide. It's a very fine motorcycle, alright!!!

But where I rode my friend's Electraglide it was on CA Hwy- 1 through Big Sur, and I gotta tell ya, after the first 20 miles of ridin' that beautiful stretch of ultimate twisties situated about 500 feet above the crashing Pacific Ocean, I started scrapin' the heck out that poor Harley in efforts to try and catch my friend who was on my BA about a quarter mile ahead o' me and pullin' away!!!

And I AIN'T NO novice when it comes to ridin' motorcycles EITHER, dude!!!

Of course, once I caught the guy(and only because he slowed down to wait for me) he didn't want to trade back machines until we got to about San Simeon and where Hwy-1 turns into the coastal plain, where it's flat and straight as an arrow.

I told him, "tough luck" and got my Triumph back at just about the 30 mile marker.

(I still don't know to this day why I agreed to swap bikes just as we left Carmel and headed south?...what a dummy I am sometimes!!!)

Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)
