Well after reading all I could,I took on the task of debaffeling my '07 America.The only big change in method was that I made my own extended 1 1/2" hole saw.I bought 2 saws [just in case] cut them in half & welded a 12" piece of pipe in between.Making a 13 1/2" holesaw.I made the first cut with a 1 1/8" saw [the outside dia.of the baffle] And followed with the 1 1/2" saw.I had both baffles on the ground in less than 10 minutes.My bikes went from sounding like a sewing machine to sounding like my old T-100....nice!
