I intend on installing Kellerman 1000 with halogen bulbs rear turn signals on my '07 America. Doing a search it seems that all I need to do is remove the stock lights and splice the old connectors to the Kellermans and plug in, and to keep from fast flashing to install a relay from SuperBrightleds.com part #CF13GL-02. Since several of you have done this swap is this correct? Is there a better more convenient relay to use? While on the subject would this relay allow me to use led lights in my dash indicators without adding anything else? Any ideas suggestions appreciated.

As for the dash lights I think you need to add in a diode, in the tech vault under how-to's sandman has something on this to keep all the lights from flashing at once.

Thanks for the information Popcorn. I found the post from Sandman and got the info. I needed. I have ordered the LED bulbs and relay. Now all I have to do is find the diode. Found one but shipping was as much as the part. Will try local auto parts store or radio shack.

Kuryakyn makes the diode kit and is easy to install. Until you get it you can always pull the blub.
